These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the 19bd platform (including the website and mobile version) and all its services. 19bd is an online betting and gaming platform operating under a valid license.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali for the convenience of our Bangladeshi members. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the English version shall be considered authoritative.

• Single Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

• Identity Verification (KYC): Full KYC verification is required for withdrawals above a certain amount.
• Account Transfers Prohibited: Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared with anyone else.

19bd supports multiple payment methods. Please ensure you select the correct method and amount when making a deposit.

• Cancellations are not possible once a deposit has been completed.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

19bd ensures that all valid withdrawal requests are processed promptly and securely. The following conditions must be met prior to withdrawal.

• Same Method: Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method used for the original deposit.

• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Single Bonus Policy: Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Abuse Prohibited: Any evidence of bonus abuse will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.

All betting and gaming activities on 19bd are governed by specific rules that apply equally to all members.

• Valid Bet: All bets are considered valid only after confirmation by the system.
• Bet Cancellation: If a bet is voided due to a technical error or event cancellation, the original stake will be refunded.
• Odds Changes: Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds will not change.
• Maximum Win Limit: A maximum win limit may apply to a single bet.
• Collaborative Betting Prohibited: Coordinated betting across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third-party auditors. There is no possibility of tampering with results.
